How do you make sure my information is accurate?

Our listings are created directly from information you send to us or from your website.  We use a number of checks and balances to ensure what you send is accurately represented on our site.  However, what you send, or we retrieve, is what the wine buyer will see.  Also, since inventory information is time sensitive our listings are only as accurate as the last update.  Generally speaking, we update anywhere from daily to once a week.  Obviously, if you are sending us a file we can only update as often as you send it.
