2006 - Aventure, L Cote A Cote Estate

40% Mouvedre, 30% Grenache, 30% Syrah. Red fruit and spice on the nose a little hot. Black cherries and blueberries round out the palate with a very long finish. Very pricey.

2006 - Aventure, L Estate Cuvee

Black fruit and french oak, extremely opulent. Blueberries and blackberries from the syrah, the cab notes are atypical of paso (probably because of the westside location). This needs years of cellaring or a day in the decanter as is would be a struggle to drink now.
