I love the big fruit that is dipped in a heavenly sweet sugar sauce. Chateau d'Yquem lives up to its reputation and more. It is a dessert wine, of course, but to eat it with dessert would almost be a waste. It is a dessert on par with the most incredible desserts in the world all by itself. This vintage is the best I've tasted yet, and it will definitely only get better with age.
