Refined elegance. Dark brooding color. The nose is a bit subdued and I believe this may a bit closed from the last time I had it (July 2004). I decant 1 hour, vigorous at times). Then. mocha laced dark berry fruits, super smooth integrated tannins. Wonderful clean finish. I read somewhere that Forman uses special yeast to achieve these qualities. Whatever is done seems to work.
