wow. tobacco and smoke, tannins that grip for days. One of the better 1982 i've had recentely. I'd cellar this another 5 years as it needed a couple hours open , in the glass or decanter. Beautifully structured quinessential left-bank cab bomb.

Great wine from a great vintage

This wine was a true Bordeaux in every sense of the word. It started out dirty with intense color and a very berryful nose. The legs went on forever and with each passing minute the wine changed. When we finally finished the bottle, the taste can only be described as sublime. A truly wonderful drinking experience.

This Wine Always Delivers Enjoyment

Went from cellar to decanter to glass in 10 minutes. Color was dark ruby with a nose of cassis and leather. Delicious fruit and well integrated tannins. Lost of subtle complex earthy flavors fight back and forth with the fruit. Wonderful smooth long finish. This has been my most consistent older bordeaux performer over the past three years.
