A fine white, smooth with no after bite or after taste on the palate, with hints of nada--- no peaches no fruit,  it's fine with exotic  spicy Thai or Japanese  fusion cuisine or your favorite sushi and sashimi, linguine with clams in a white sauce or Cajun Style,  Four-Cheese Fettucine Alfredo with shrimp.  Goes well with a steak for those who are not slaves to the red or white wine convention. An excellent choice  to compliment a Philly Cheese Steak Hoagie served up  in those little towns in the Thousand Islands region of  Eastern Ontario (Canada) which make their own cheeses.  A delightful companion  to a  toasted pastrami & provolone & tomato fast food submarine/hero shoppe sandwich when  adorned with black olives and banana peppers.
