The advice I was given goes like this, if Lelou Bize-Leroy puts the family name on the bottle, it must be good. I haven't the funds to authenticate this story much. BUT, BUT, I have had this wine, and it blew me away. Bougogne? Are you kidding me? 1999 was a great year and this tasted like a prime Premier cru. It was the maison, not the domaine, for what that is worth, but in any case it tasted like strawberry rhubarb pie.
