This wine is a very elegant Bordeaux. It has a very deep ruby and purple color to it. The aromas are of flowers, crème de cassis, black berries, fruit and cedar. This Bordeaux is some what like the 1999. It is very balanced and a medium weight wine.

Look it`s a good wine - heck it`s a MARGAUX - but you should probably explore other vintages. It`s a very elegant wine, seamlessy constucted effort with a deep ruby/purple color, and a beautiful nose of flowers, creme de cassis, blackberries, and cedar. It`s very forward and quite opulent. However, it just doesn`t possess the body, the fullness, of some of the better Margaux`s. This is not a great wine.
