Looking for an absolutely easy drinking, effervescent, enjoyable light and sweet wine?  Look no further than this low alcohol, lightly bubbly treat from Italy.  The Moscato D'Asti wines are always a crowd favorite for their universal appeal and ease in drinking.  A sweet treat, this wine will go with anything light from a shrimp salad to a nice chicken taco.  And even for some excellent Moscatos, you won't need to fret about costs, these usually roll in under $15.  A nice price that won't leave you moaning for aspirins the next morning.  Enjoy!

I experienced this wine in 2003 with a girlfriend in Colorado. I have traveled most of my life and have tasted many wines, finding myself disliking so many, the dry, smooth, long aftertaste, even sometimes bitter libation served with most of my dinners and deserts over the years. I simply never enjoyed any that I ever tried, till this one. This simple, sparkling, light, sweet, and deliciously fruity wine.  I love to pair it with seafood, the contrasting flavors of the peach and pear against the saltiness of the seas, seem to compliment each other very well. Enjoy this wine, as I now do, at dinner or on a sunny day by the pool.
