| This is lighter wine with a very interesting (almost unique in my
experience) palate of tastes. Not sweet by any means, but also not that
sharp. Rich and smooth. I am not certain that it is as good as the '05
(which I thought was truly excellent), but it is a very good bottle,
and at around $10, an excellent QPR. I have one left and may look for
more. Went very well with scalllops. |

| This is a really good example of Vermentino. The wine is full bodied,
fruity and yet has a quirky acidic feel on the palate. It’s quite rich and is
definitely a food wine. |
