I gotta tell ya, I don't think there's a shop in indy that can touch Vine and Table up in carmel. Its a bit out of the way for you down towners, up on Carmel drive I think, but totally worth the trip. Huge wine selection, and their staff knows freaking everything about wine. They also have something like 400 cheeses. My wife and I go up every saturday for their free wine tastings. Sometimes they have some unreal stuff open. Last week we got to try a 1977 port! Its also a very friendly and educational atmosphere. They have a website now too, so you can just order stuff online, and go pick it up when your ready. www.vineandtable.com
